Lock your screen with quicksilver and from the shell
I have script called osx-lockscreen in my ~/bin that I use to lock my screen quickly:
#!/bin/sh
/System/Library/CoreServices/"Menu Extras"/User.menu/Contents/Resources/CGSession -suspend
